Harmony House is a delightful coral stone villa located on Gibbes Beach, on the famed West Coast of Barbados. This holiday villa is nestled in lush, tropical gardens offering excellent privacy and high levels of comfort and is superbly located with access directly onto the white sands and turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean.
The villa consists of three air-conditioned en suite bedrooms. The master suite and second bedroom are on the first floor while the third bedroom is on the ground floor. All of the bedroom suites open up to a private balcony, the perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee or to read a book in peace and quiet. Local art gives accents of bright tropical colours and beautifully complements the coral stone walls. The well-appointed bathroom for the master bedroom and second upstairs bathroom both features an outdoor shower; there is a shower in the downstairs bathroom. A further powder room is located on the ground floor.
The ground floor lounge is beautifully and tastefully furnished and double French doors open onto a covered patio area with a built-in bar, plunge pool and alfresco dining. The dining table seats up to 10 persons and is flanked by a stunning custom-designed sculptural mirror. At night the entire patio transforms into a magical oasis lit by handmade copper lanterns and specially designed handmade candle sconces making it an ideal place to entertain and relax with friends.
The villa is outfitted with a wine cooler and an ice machine ensuring guests can enjoy a refreshing drink. In front of the patio is a cool shaded tropical garden that opens up to the beautiful white sandy beach known as Gibbs Beach. Here you can swim in the calm, turquoise Caribbean Sea.

House and staff were amazing. The beach made the holiday perfect!
Having to leave Harmony House is a sad affair. Juliette is a wonderful cook, Christine pampers us, the beach is calming and soothing, the waves and night creatures lull us to sleep - this is paradise! To top it all off - we spent the week with great friends. Good times have come to an end too quickly.
I do not want to go home! Great company, great food, spectacular beach, beautiful house. Christine, Janice and Juliette - Thank you all for making my 2 weeks visit so very memorable.
This was the most relaxing visit ever! The staff was unbelievable. Janice was always helpful. Louanne is not a cook, she is a master chef! There was nothing that she could not make for us. Lastly, Christine… so friendly & helpful, always checking on us but still gives us privacy. This is the best staffed villa/love ever stayed in. Beautiful garden & villa but the staff is what made it for me!
Christine and Louanne have been the most amazing team looking after us all the past 2 weeks! Lovanne your cooking has been the best. I wish I could take you home!! Ottlie and Niamh will miss you both very much. We will hopefully see you again soon!
Wow! What can we say, what a fantastic house Harmony is with a fabulous team to run it. Christine, Louanne & Janice are angels from the time we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Christine was keeping the house beautiful and doing all our laundry. Louanne such fabulous meals and Janice cleaning our sand and sunbeds. Most of all, everyone with a happy smiling face everyday and have spoilt us thoroughly. We will miss you all and can’t wait to return.
