Forest Hills 2 is located on the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. This three bedroom club villa is set amongst beautifully manicured gardens with commanding views of the lake, the communal pool and the ocean beyond.
Forest Hills 2 “Sion House” is a stunning, recently renovated villa located in the Forest Hill Community of the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. This bespoke villa features two spacious bedrooms downstairs leading to a verandah overlooking Royal Westmoreland Resort and out to the turquoise hues of the Caribbean Sea. The upper level contains a large, well-lit and breezy room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room flowing on to a partially covered verandah where you can take in the well manicured grounds of the resort. Sion House also features a fully-contained guest cottage with one bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
Residents of the Forest Hill community can enjoy access to the large communal swimming pool as well as the other world-class amenities offered by Royal Westmoreland Resort such as the 18-hole championship golf course, flood-lit tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness centre, Clubhouse and beach membership at the famous Mullins Bay, all just mere minutes away.
Royal Westmoreland Resort is located in close proximity to the historic town of Holetown providing banks, supermarkets, Limegrove Lifestyle Center, fine dining, nightlife and the West Coast’s stunning beaches.
Note – To use RWM facilities a weekly local charge will be made by RWM locally for house guest membership cards. Charges are applicable based on bedrooms booked and not occupancy. If guests do not wish to use RWM amenities, they do not register. These charges are a per week charge and any part thereof and cover all guests residing in the villa.
