Located near Speightstown, St. Peter on the beachfront, is Leamington Cottage, an enchanting one bedroom self contained cottage which forms part of the Leamington Estate.
With its own private entrance and separate driveway, the cottage features a large sitting and dining area which opens up on two sides onto a spacious uncovered terrace with pool and great beach and sea views.
The cottage may be rented separately or together with the main villa Leamington Pavilion which is located next door and includes 4 en suite bedrooms and a large swimming pool set within impeccable tropical grounds.
There is a reef in front of Leamington Cottage which is ideal for swimming and snorkeling and a sandy beach is located to the north or south of the property which is easy to walk to.
The Cobblers Cove Beach and Hotel is a 5 minute beach walk north of the Cottage.
As with the main villa the cottage comes fully equipped and staffed with daily housekeeping and is ideal for a couple or someone traveling alone or in the event that the main villa is booked and additional space is required.

Leamington Cottage is everything we could have hoped for for our honeymoon. The cottage and location is out of this world, and Andrea is an absolute star - we want to take her home with us! We wish we could stay here forever.
This was as close to perfection as we could get. Andrea is lovely. John made us feel safe. Our every year spot from now on.
We enjoyed five perfect days in paradise! Andrea our chef extraordinaire made our trip. Her food and efficient service is perfect. Beautiful vistas, great restaurants and tranquillity. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay again at Leamington Cottage, our second visit. As always the cottage was immaculately clean. Sharnelle was our Cook/Chef and housekeeper. We really can’t say enough about her and how great her meals were…breakfast, lunches and dinners. Except for our arrival meal which we selected (and was delicious) we gave her free rein to make our daily menus…every dish of each meal was perfect. She really made our trip even more special.
This was a most excellent time for my wife and I on our anniversary. The cottage was immaculate and private, sounds of the ocean at your gate. Copious sun all day, but enough shade exists to lounge in the chairs mornings, and pool afternoons. Your view of the sunset is straight on and unfettered, followed by a black starry sky. The sandy beaches were abundant within 100 yards of the property, and coral life was within snorkeling distance. All shoreline is public, with at least walkways available if the beach itself is impassable. Andrea, the dedicated chef/housekeeper (Yes, Andrea is your chef, and nobody else's!) was on hand at arrival, and mixed up welcome drinks and got to work on dinner. Ask for local dishes and you will not be disappointed. She was absolutely top notch in cooking skill, and never disappointed when told to be creative. Andrea is respectful, courteous and professional, but she will be your friend by the end of the week if you allow her! She embodies the friendly culture of Barbados.
We had a fantastic time at Leamington Cottage. The location is second to none with a private gate straight onto the beach. Andrea's cooking and hospitality was amazing and she made us feel very welcome. We will certainly be coming back to this little private hideaway.
