  • One of the three guest rooms is conveniently located on the ground floor, featuring a queen bed and easy access to a nearby guest bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower.

The first floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation, housing two beautifully appointed suites that spill out onto a shared terrace.

Staying at Pandora grants you access to premium island facilities with a complimentary tennis membership at the nearby Sugar Hill Resort. Guests can sharpen their game on four floodlit championship courts set within a stunning ridge-top estate, though please note that this membership is specifically for tennis access and does not include the gym or pool facilities. When you aren't on the courts, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the coast; simply stroll across the street to sink your toes into the sand or engage in exhilarating water sports at the iconic Mullins Beach.

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. We had a super time and only wish we could have stayed for longer! This is a beautiful secluded villa almost on the edge of Mullins Beach and such an oasis of calm to retreat to after a busy beach day. A stunning house- amazing rooms and wet rooms. A super plunge pool. A large shared pool for the compound of houses, and use of all the tennis and sports facilities at Sugar Hill too. Amazing!
We have all had a fabulous time at Pandora, love the home and location and would definitely recommend it! Nancy has looked after us really well and kept the house clean and tidy.
We have had the most glorious 2 weeks at Pandora. It is difficult to express how lovely, simple and relaxing life can be but this is it!
The most relaxing, chilled out holiday ever! Pandora is a stunning villa & Nancy has been so helpful! Hoping to return again!
