Westland Heights is a private gated residential community on the west coast of Barbados. Nine exclusive and luxurious properties nestle amongst mature tropical gardens with harmonious ocean views, each offering a truly unique experience.
What first strikes you about Windfall is the spectacular indoor/outdoor swimming pool at the heart of the home. A retractable canopy means you can enjoy full sun, partial shade or close it completely, allowing for ultimate privacy. The pool area also has an additional bathroom for guest use. On the upper level, nestled between a private cocktail lounge with ocean views and a wet bar, Windfall has two spacious, equally sized master suites with large en-suite bathrooms, balconies and dressing areas. There are additional King, Queen and Twin suites at the garden level, all with en-suite bathrooms and fully air-conditioned.
Also, at garden level, there is an open-plan living room with a wet bar leading onto the pool area and gardens. There is also an air-conditioned media room, a formal dining room which opens onto the outdoor cigar lounge and bar and a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar which is perfect for children. The large garden also has a large covered pavilion for outdoor dining.
The property comes with a private chef, complimentary concierge services, security and housekeeping 7 days per week, plus use of The Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, which allows up to 10 guests, exclusive use of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach waiter service and a 10% discount off all food and beverages.

“Our family of 6 had a fantastic one month stay at Windfall Westland Heights. It is an amazing house in a small gated community of 9 villas. The terrace with the Caribbean sunset views became our daily tradition - it was amazing. The pool with a retractable roof is a great unique feature of the house, not to be underestimated. It means that we could open it for the sun during the day but then put the roof up in the evening and use it late into the night.
“First class experience in one of the most exclusive places in Barbados. My stay at the Windfall house was probably the most memorable and pleasurable. Within a gated area, this house has room for 10 guests. 2 master bedrooms and a further 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. These are all large super luxury air conditioned rooms. Each room has its own full Sonos surround sound system and a huge TV. There is a large heated swimming pool in the centre of the house surrounded by deck chairs and tables. The view over to the huge gardens is a sight to behold. The house comes with its own chef. What a great guy Kirk is. He served up these wonderful gourmets for us and his breakfasts were the best!! A choice of 3 dining areas inside and outside to choose from. A team of cleaners and gardeners keep this house in impeccable condition. I was very happy to have stayed here and hope to do so again in the future.”
“The property was perfect for both families with 2 master suites and three other suites for the kids. The layout of the property was great with numerous casual seating and eating with even a more formal dining room. We were only planning on using the chef a couple times but ended up using him a lot more. We all enjoyed eating at the house more than eating out (quicker, easier, a lot better service and significantly better tasting). We would highly recommend this property and all of the staff. Thanks for an AWESOME vacation!!!”
