Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to the historic St. James church yet minutes away from popular Holetown, this charming 3 bedroom beachfront villa is the perfect hideaway here on the gorgeous West Coast of Barbados.
Palms and other exotic fauna frame the entrance which opens up into a spacious dining room and leads directly to the sunken open plan living area. A smaller breakfast area and newly installed bar expand the room and make it ideal for entertaining, while large french doors open out onto a cool clay tile covered terrace and the lovely landscaped gardens beyond.
The two bedrooms in the main bungalow style house are accessed from a cosy wooden stairway and are both bright, with lovely wooden vaulted ceilings, A/C and lots of closet space. Large doors open to a joint balcony which overlooks the lush tropical garden and Caribbean Sea. The property is offered fully furnished and has been decorated with a blend of West Indian art mixed with traditional and modern furniture.
A separate guest cottage is accessible from the main patio (though it also has private access through the gardens at the side of the property) and features studio bedroom, small kitchenette, bar and living/dining space as well as its own private patio.
A small garden pathway leads directly onto the beach. The famous Folkstone Marine Park is a short walk along the new boardwalk to the south and features plenty of opportunity for snorkeling, while directly in front is a small bay ideal for morning dips or just a great spot to watch the sun go down.
This lovely beachfront property offers quiet privacy and yet is only minutes from five star dining, shopping, nightlife, the popular Limegrove Centre and other amenities of Holetown.

First of all we would like to thank the owners for allowing us to stay in their lovely ocean front house here in Barbados. We have really enjoyed our stay and think the house is very well equipped with lots of space for guests and such easy access to the beach.
First time to Barbados and this villa and staff made our vacation memorable! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will meet in person. We stayed a short 7 days. Carlotta and Natalie are the two ladies that ensure you and your family are comfortable and well-fed with the most delicious meals served with elegance and love. We ate all meals outside under the covered patio. The beach is literally steps away from the house!
What a great location made extra wonderful by Carlotta and Natalie. Both great people and great at their jobs! The villa location is perfect. Love being so close to the to Holetown and the beach is terrific.
A truly amazing villa that has everything you could want: beachfront right next to Folkstone Marine Preserve, beautiful & spacious house with immaculate decor,large completely furnished outdoor patio spaces, gorgeously landscaped yards, walking distance to Holetown for restaurants & shopping, awesome cook and housekeepers! You want for nothing!
Relaxed Luxury in the Perfect Location!This was our second visit to 4 Church Point and this visit was as spectacular as our first which brought us back. The home is tastefully decorated and designed to take full advantage of the beautiful Barbados weather; outdoor living at its best. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with plenty of colourful and fragrant blooms. Step through the properties gate and you are steps away from an amazing sandy beach.
