Coco is an elegant four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhouse set amongst beautiful landscaped tropical gardens in the private estate of Mullins Bay. Located just 2-minutes’ walk from the world-famous Mullins Beach on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados, Coco is the perfect holiday home for your next trip.
Completed to a high standard with many coral stone features, Coco incorporates air conditioning throughout, marble floors and vanities in the bathrooms, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Whip up a batch of rum punch while your private cook prepares some local Barbadian dishes for dinner. The interior design provides an airy tropical feel and exudes charm and sophistication. The spacious terrace and nearby trees provide plenty of welcome shade after a day at the beach and comprises of dining and seating areas.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with ensuite bathrooms, built in wardrobes and safes.
Right in the garden there is a luxurious hot tub where you can unwind after a long day.The garden leads to a large communal, free form swimming pool with cascading waterfall. A short stroll takes you to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club and Restaurant; yours to enjoy throughout your stay. You will be provided with complimentary towels, luxury sun-loungers and umbrellas as well as waiter service. Water sports are also available for a fee.
Coco is ideally located just minutes from Speightstown where you can enjoy lunch at Orange Street Grocers or another of the restaurants in the area or take in some of Barbados’ rich history at the Arlington House Museum. Our Concierge can also book a round of golf at Royal Westmoreland or Sandy Lane for you.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Coco is a beautiful spot. Location is perfect. The staff at Coco were fantastic in all regards and really went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. No complaints whatsoever. And of course, Barbados is definitely our favourite destination in the Caribbean.
My husband and our 5 adult children stayed at Coco for a week. It exceeded my expectations. The villa is clean and pretty and was perfect for our family!
What a wonderful stay in Barbados! We didn't know what to expect of the house or resort but we were pleasantly surprised. The house and staff fit our needs perfectly. The nearby beach and bus access are great.
Back 5yrs later and Coco is just as beautiful! An amazing week with lots of celebrations and rum!
