Summerland 201 enjoys a ground-floor location in the tranquil Summerland development on Barbados' Platinum Coast. Summerland is a gated development featuring two buildings each with six apartments as well as a communal pool with gazebo and beach access.
This open plan unit features spacious living areas, an extra patio and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living areas open out to the expansive patio with direct access to the communal pool deck. Summerland 201 includes 3 bedrooms, the master includes an en suite while the two guest bedrooms share a bathroom.
Summerland enjoys a premier location opposite the famous Prospect Beach and is within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. Located nearby is the popular town of Holetown offering fine dining, Limegrove Lifestyle Centre and nightlife.

This was our second stay at 201 Summerland Villas and it was just as amazing as our first time! The apartment is very well equipped and has all the conveniences you need to cook for yourselves - should you wish. It is very clean and spacious, and it really feels like a home from home. The location of the Villa is excellent - it is really quiet but is across the road from the stunning beach and a few minutes’ walk from the supermarket. This is definitely the place to stay for an amazing holiday. We do hope to return for a third time!
The Villa at Summerland is amazing!! It was perfect in every way. Great location to the beach and local supermarket. I can't praise it enough!!
What a fantastic villa! We stayed for 10 days in this wonderful place. The villa itself is extremely spacious and has all the mod cons you would have at home. The location of the villa is excellent - with the wonderful restaurants and bars just down the road. All in all, an amazing holiday and we will be returning next year!
