Sundown villa is a wonderful holiday home with views of the Caribbean sea off the west coast of Barbados.
Located across the road from Mullins Beach, Sundown offers uninterrupted ocean views across the bay from the property. Three of the five bedrooms offer a delightful view of the gardens, Mullins Bay and the Caribbean Sea beyond and are located on the top floor. The fifth bedroom is positioned in the basement, though not underground.
All five bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with four bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom four has a bathroom adjacent to the room which doubles as a guest bathroom and can be used as Bedroom Four's ensuite by closing the doors to the main living space. The main level bedroom also has easy access to the pool and garden area. Decorated to perfection and with comfort in mind, Sundown contains some of the most advanced technological devices including large high-res flat screen televisions, portable sound system, and high-speed fibre internet service.
There is a glorious outdoor pool and shower, and for outdoor dining guests can enjoy the private gazebo equipped with an 8-seater dining table and barbeque grill. When lounging by the pool, relax and forget all your worries while enjoying a refreshing rum punch made by your onsite cook.

The pictures don’t lie. The house is perfectly situated, steps from Mullins Bay Beach and the property is meticulously maintained. A great place, awesome pool, clean house and capable staff.
This was our 1st visit to Barbados and 1st stay at Sundown Villa and it was wonderful and by far the best vacation that our family has ever had. We enjoyed every moment here and will definitely be back! Thanks!!
This was simply a wonderful vacation for us here at Sundown. The meals were simply amazing and the villa was comfortable for my family. We were all so comfortable. This was our second time here and is still just as wonderful to stay here, we will be back.
Once again, a wonderful week at Sundown. We love the fat that you can walk across the road and are on the beach, can’t wait to come back again, hopefully next year.
