On entering Sugar Hill you will step into an oasis of calm and beauty, surrounded by over 50 acres of manicured gardens and majestic swaying palm trees. Tropical birds and even green monkeys habitat this beautiful environment. The focal point is the Clubhouse with its infinity pool, 24/7 security and bar/restaurant Carizma on the Hill. There is a fully equipped Gym, with shower and changing facilities. Four floodlit tennis courts are all free to our guests. The larger second pool is close to our apartment and set within a tranquil environment, rarely busy, with the only sounds you hear are birds and tree frogs.

Less than 4 minutes by car ( or approx 20 min walk) to our fabulous beach at Alleynes Bay. Owners Beach Club Membership is provided complimentary for our guests at the 5* Royal Fairmount Pavilion Hotel. This includes comfortable sunbeds, beach umbrellas, shower and toilet facilities plus access to the beach bar and restaurant. Water sports available at a discounted rate.

Holetown is Ideally situated 5 minutes by car, with an abundance of restaurants to suit any budget, fine dining, supermarket, cinema, shops, designer shopping and local crafts.

In our opinion, the most impressive aspect of our apartment is the private outside living space with sumptuous furniture providing ultimate comfort and total relaxation. The large secluded roof terrace with sunbeds, sofa, table and chairs is the ideal place as daylight fades, for watching the amazing sunsets with a sundowner, pure bliss!

The covered lower terrace overlooking the pool and gardens is accessible from the lounge and bedroom. It allows you to enjoy lunch or candlelit dining, with additional comfortable chairs for reading/relaxation and 2 external fans for your comfort.

Within the recently refurbished apartment, including mosquito netting to all external doors, there is a fully equipped kitchen catering for 4 people with Smeg appliances, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen leads to the delightful lounge area with 2 sofas( one of which is a sofa bed with additional mattress topper) Samsung flatscreen TV with local and international programmes, with the addition of a Firestick for Amazon Prime programmes, telephone with free local calls, Bluetooth music system, Ceiling fan and brand new AC unit. Doors that lead out to the lower terrace.

Completely renovated bathroom with a quality walk-in shower and sink unit. Triple towel rail and Luxury Egyptian cotton towels are provided. Separate pool and beach towels are provided.

The fabulous bedroom with a UK king size bed,(Queen) lots of storage, hairdryers and straighteners, mirror. It has an AC unit and ceiling fan for those warm tropical nights.
